| Acceptance of an rental agreement (Tenancy Agreement) is required prior to a stay at Wolfes Landing. All guests and visitors have unrestricted and unsupervised access to the entire house and 30 acre property and it is necessary to protect the interests of the owners and also to ensure the health and safety of our guests. You may download and/or view an Online copy of the Tenancy Agreement here or by contacting John or Valerie at intag@westnet.com.au by email or 0415 618 326 by phone. A security bond of $200 is required and an additional $100 is payable as a pet bond for each animal that is housed on the property. All security bonds are normally refunded within 2 days of the end of your stay. | ||
