$200.00 per night, minimum 2 persons.
Additional Persons: $35.00

On gazetted holiday long weekends a minimum 3 night stay may

Off Peak: All other times
except some long weekends
$150.00 per night, minimum 2 persons.
Additional Persons: $25.00

cot linen, mattress protector and bedding).
On gazetted holiday long weekends a minimum 3 night stay may apply.
Maximum Accommodation: 8 Persons.
Comprised of Master bedroom 1: queen size double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Two matching single beds (sleeps 2) can be joined together
to make a double.
Bedroom 3: Two matching single beds (sleeps 2) can be joined together
to make a double.
Sunroom: Large sofa bed (sleeps another 2 persons)
Two babies cot beds (one fixed and the bother folding) and highchair
are provided to cater for infants.
Two additional fold out beds are available for emergency accommodation.
Bed Linen
Standard: Beds are supplied with pillows, blankets and doona's
as standard.
Not Supplied: You will need to supply your own sheets,
pillow slips, bath towels, flannels, a bath mat and tea towels for the
kitchen.
Linen Hire: Alternatively
you may hire all the linen you need for your stay. Our linen service
is first class and is supplied from a commercial laundry service. All
beds are made up prior to your arrival.
Cost: $20.00 per person per stay. All beds will be
made up with fresh clean linen in preparation for your arrival.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the full tariff is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance of your tariff is payable two weeks prior to the first day
of your stay.
Rental Agreement
You will required to complete and sign a tenancy agreement to cover
your Wolfes Landing holiday. This is a requirement of the Retail Tenancy
Act of WA and will protect the rights of both the tenant and property
owner. It is also a mandatory to maintain a register of occupants each
night for legal and safety reasons.
Security Bond
A security bond of between $200 (depending on the length of your stay
and the number of persons in you group) is payable within two weeks
of arrival. It will be refunded within two days of your departure by
either direct online deposit or a cheque by mail according to your preference.
Please note that security bonds, pet bonds and linen hire charges cannot
be paid to Stayz using the Stayz Online Payment System (this is for
accommodation charges only). These amounts must be paid separately into
our Wolfes Landing bank account. You will be advised of the account
details when payment is due.
Key Deposit
A key deposit of $50.00 is payable when you take possession of the keys
to Wolfes Landing from the Youngs Siding General Store. It will be refunded
when you return the keys on your departure.
Payments
You can make your reservation and payment online to the Stayz group
or by by online bank deposit into our account. When you make an on-line
payment you should send a confirmation email to us at Wolfes Landing
so that your reservation can be logged promptly. Delays of up to3 -
4 days can occur with on-line transactions over a weekend and it is
important to notify our accounts manager that you have initiated the
funds transfer from your end. If you choose not to use either of these
facilities, other mutually suitable arrangements can be made by emailing
us here.
Pet Friendly
We are pet frirndly at Wolfes Landing. An additional $100 Pet Bond is
required for each dog that stays at Wolfes Landing. We know from experience
that the family pets are usually welcome participants on holidays. However,
we do not encourage pets inside the house. Prospective tenants
should be aware that the cost any additional cleaning or repairs caused
by pets in or outside the house will be deducted from your Security/Pet
Bond. To date this arrangement has worked very well and all tenants
and their pets have had a great time at Wolfes.
LPG for Cooking and Hot Water
The house has a gas fired kitchen stove and solar hot water booster.
They are supplied from cylinders located on the side of the house. You
will need to turn on the gas isolation valve on the top of the duty
gas cylinder when you arrive. The duty cylinder is the one with the
selector lever pointing towards it. If it runs out during your stay
simply open the isolarion valve on the other cylinder and turn the selector
lever.
BBQ
The BBQ on the verandah operates on LPG. We endevour to keep the gas
cylinder full. If the bottle runs out during your stay simply return
it to the Youngs Siding General Store and have it refilled. You can
charge it to our account.
